Start with clean and dry skin. Prepare your skin with the night routine.
- Use the large side of Gua Sha and apply upward motion strokes on the jaw line towards the ear.
- Glide the tool from side to side over the forehead towards the hairline.
- Use the small end of the tool and move it from inner eye towards the end of the eyebrow.
- Stroke from the centre of the upper lip outwards around the lip area.
- Repeat 1-4 steals mentioned above 5 times on both the sides of the face
