Shipping Policy

If you placed an order with us recently, your order may take longer to get to you than normal. We appreciate your patience during this challenging time! Orders will be shipping from us within an estimated 5-7 business days of your order confirmation for India and UAE. We are a small team working as hard as we can so we appreciate your understanding! Please allow an additional or 15-25 business days for US, UK and Canada for the package to arrive at your destination. We are not responsible for any additional customs fees that may occur during the shipping process.
Unfortunately, once the package has shipped, we are unable to refund
shipping fees as the payment has been made to the postal carrier. Shipping fees are non-refundable and we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Return Policy

If there is an issue with your order, please send a note within seven days of delivery to info@asaralondon.co.uk. Please note that returns must be in original packaging and shipping is non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy
